SUP YOGA

SUP yoga (stand up paddle board yoga) is practicing yoga on a stand up paddle board in the middle of a body of water. SUP yoga is best practiced on calm bodies of water like inland lakes, bays or harbors. Your instructor will safely guide you through gentle asanas on your board. Relax and enjoy connecting with nature and the water with this practice. Email for more information as rates and times will be determined on an individual basis.
