SUPERVISION
Kari is now offering individual, group, and peer supervision for limited licensed professional counselors and other healing professionals. She has completed a 30 CE Clock Hour Clinical Supervision Program, meeting the requirements of MI Statute 333.18106 and Michigan Administrative Rule R 338.1781, Rule 87 for LPC clinical supervisors.
Kari's approach to supervision is rooted in humanistic and strengths-based theories, honoring each supervisee’s unique path, voice, and professional identity. Supervision sessions are designed to be collaborative, experiential, and somatic, with space for reflection, embodied awareness, and clinical skill-building. The focus is not only on ethics and case consultation but also on personal growth, relational dynamics, and the wellness of the clinician.
Kari believes that supervision is a sacred space—one that nurtures the heart of the work we do and supports clinicians in staying grounded, creative, and connected. Supervision can be scheduled virtually or in person, depending on your needs.

GROUP
Both in-person and virtual supervision are available for LLPCs and LPCs. Supervision sessions are designed to be safe, affirming, and inclusive, offering a grounded space to explore clinical cases, deepen your therapeutic approach, and integrate new modalities and tools. Peer collaboration and reflective dialogue are encouraged, fostering a sense of connection and mutual growth.
Group supervision is offered on a sliding scale, with fees ranging from $50–$100 per supervision hour, depending on the size of the group. Supervisees are asked to commit to at least two sessions per month to maintain continuity and support meaningful progress in their clinical development.
Whether you’re just beginning your journey or are looking to expand your skills in a supportive, strengths-based environment, Kari’s supervision offerings are here to help you stay aligned, ethical, and inspired in your work.
INDIVIDUAL
Individual supervision sessions are available virtually or in person, offering a personalized experience tailored to each clinician’s needs, goals, and growth. These one-hour sessions provide space for in-depth case consultation, reflective practice, and clinical skill development in a supportive and affirming environment.
Supervisees are asked to commit to weekly sessions, with an investment of $175 per hour. A sliding scale is available to ensure accessibility and support for those in need and is based on caseload and income.
Whether you're navigating early career challenges or looking to refine your clinical voice, individual supervision offers a focused space to deepen your work and stay connected to your purpose.
